TECHNOLOGICAL MANUAL

To ensure long-term operation of all types emulsions, including emulsion ― "ACOEM-2" we recommend:

1. Remove old, decaying emulsion of the machine or of the filling of the tank.
2. To clean the inner surface of the gas tank from dirt, sediment, etc.
3. Rinse the gas tank with a solution of ordinary detergent funds (soda) and remove it.
4. Rinse gas tank with disinfectant solution means and to remove it.
5. Stir the emulsion concentrate in the container before use.
6. Example of preparation of 100 kg 5% emulsion of concentrate
 "ACOEM-2", cold water water:

95 kg cold water pour 5 kg of concentrate "ACOEM-2" and a mechanical stir.
(Preparation of emulsion can be produced directly in the machine).

Attention: heating the emulsion is not necessary.

Received 5% working this emulsion is ready to work with high technical and operational properties.
