APPLICATION

1. Tehmos-2 used for:

· low-foaming washing;

· interoperational washing;

· degreasing of parts and assemblies;

· the sink in front of the coatings in washing machines submersible and jet type;

· preparing surfaces for electroplating and coatings, phosphating;

· degreasing polished metal surfaces with simultaneous removal of residues of polishing pastes;

· preparation of recyclable materials (shavings) before pressing for melting.

FEATURES

1. Has high efficiency for cleaning workpieces, parts, machinery, technological equipment of the oil and fat and other stubborn pollution.

2. Allows to remove stubborn dirt without abrasive mechanical loads, heating solution and without the use of expensive flammable and toxic organic solvents.

3. Used as in the washing device and ink-jet submersible operation, or manual wash.

4. Not destroys rubber seals and non-ferrous alloys used in the washing process.

5. Working the solution is easily prepared in the cold water of any hardness, no the need for prolonged mechanical mixing, water treatment and heating the solution.

6. Provides long life (no replacement) and requires only adjustment decreasing quantities.

7. 5% the working solution has a protective anti-rust and disinfecting action on the washed metal parts, thanks to which they are interoperable storage.

8. Concentrate detergent is fireproof and retains its properties at low temperatures.

9. Toksikologicheskij low danger (4 class of danger).

10. Does not create stable emulsions with oil contaminants that are easily removed from the surface of the solution.

TECHNOLOGICAL MANUAL

1. Detergent the tool is used in 5 – 7% concentration, depending on the type and degree pollution.

2. Time exposure, mechanical impact and increase the temperature of the cleaning solution improve the quality and productivity of the sink.

3. Example the preparation of 100 kg 5% solution of detergent concentrate:

ü In 95 kg of cold water to pour 5 kg of concentrate "Techmo-2" and a mechanical stir.

ü Preparation the cleaning solution can be carried out directly in the machine or in the Moyne machine.

ü Received 5% translucent solution ready to go.

4. After washing will remove any excess cleaning solution with pieces in cold tap water.
