1. Asfal-1 used in such types of mechanical metal processing:

2. Thanks its versatility, ISFOL-1 is used for all types of

processed metals and alloys:

· cast iron;

· low-alloy steel;

· high alloy steel;

· stainless steel;

· aluminum alloys;

· non-ferrous alloys.

FEATURES

1. Provides high technological properties, due to the machining with minimal coefficient of friction:

Ø roughness the treated surface is improved by 1 class;

Ø durability tool increases 1.5 times;

Ø easy removing and washing away swarf from the cutting zone, including the deep drilling.

TECHNOLOGICAL MANUAL

                        To ensure long-term work all types of coolant including "Aspol-1", recommended:

1. To remove old, rotted coolant from the machine or fuel container.

2. Clean the inner surface of the gas tank from dirt, sediments and maslorobnij etc.

3. Pour Coolant "Aspol-1" in the required amount in the equipment.

Attention: Coolant "Aspol-1" comes completely ready to use, additional preparation and dilution is not required.

4. When the development in the process, the coolant is more than¼, it is necessary to carry out its refilling to a predetermined level.
