Indian corn ornament 100 SEM (30 g) - 8.70 UAH
This hardy siliceous corn comes from 70 varieties North American corn collected from the Indians and first settlers lived in the harshest climate in the USA and Canada.
The variety is resistant to heat, drought, is not afraid of strong winds and cold nights.
Its beans make excellent flour for baking bread, Hominy, grits, tortillas and tamales.
Mature kernels are roasted in a cast iron skillet until they will begin to swell, for a delicious snack, similar to corn nuts. Traditionally, it eaten in combination with legumes, thus providing a full protein. Eat as amazingly beautiful sweet corn, when the grain reaches the milk-wax maturity.
Dense well-foliated plants are 1.5 meters tall, with 20-inch cobs. Matures in 75-85 days to harvest sweet sweet corn and about 110 days to produce dry grain.
Grows well in our Ukrainian climatic conditions no problem wisrawa even with late sowing in late may-early June that allows you to significantly lengthen the season sweet corn.
