The longitudinal-transverse cutting of metal is one of the types of processing of steel coils which is carried out with special lines. When cross cutting, the roll is cut into sheet, and the longitudinal dissolution is for strip
(band) or tape.
Cutting of rolled metal on the factory Savvats is carried out using 3 lines, slitting
- Line slitting Samesor (thickness 0.5 - 2 mm.)
- Line of longitudinal-transverse cutting Swats (thickness 2 - 5 mm.)
- Slitting unit Savvats (thickness 3 to 8 mm.)
We carry out cutting of rolled metal with our own and with raw material, stamped steel 3PS (S235JR), 08RG (51ДХ), S355, 09G2S.
Of the workpiece obtained after slitting is used:
- for roofing installation
- for the construction of industrial structures
- for heating and ventilation systems
- for the manufacture of stamping products
- for the manufacture of metal advertising stands
