81 CNBS machine is the ideal machine for sharpening staletovich, bimetal and carbide mini-container of saws or band saws with widths of 8-80 mm. Works on nitridebased or diamond wheels with emulsion cooling (lubricating coolant).
Cycle of grinding machine controlled by CNC servo motors, the structure of the saw teeth is unchanged. Grinding machine equipped with a tank containing a cooling liquid and a spray system which helps to cool the saw during the sharpening.
The machine has a very compact design occupying little space. Reservoir with coolant built into base frame of the machine, and it is accessible from the front of the machine. Easy access to durable cross-piece rollers bandsaws and easy settings, which provides a very convenient installation of the band saw. Using the lever, you can easily customize the holder saw to the appropriate width of the blade.
Sharpening of different tooth profiles, steps and angular parameters is defined by the program.
