DESIGN
Bed of a press is made of steel profiles assembled and welded on the exact template and processed on machine centers with CNC.
Movable upper crosshead, mounted on vertical cylinders.
System gear/gear rack torsion rod ensures parallel movement of the upper movable beam relative to the lower fixed crosshead.
Lower fixed cross member can be set at three different levels.
The position of the rear stops are adjusted manually by using the quick-release clamping system.
Working angle brackets are mounted on horizontal pressing cylinders.
All working surfaces are machined on machine centers.

HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT
The hydraulic equipment consists of a hydrodynamic station with a single pump.
Oil hydraulic unit fitted with safety valves and controls, mounted on the oil tank. The size of the tank ensures uninterrupted operation of hydrodynamic equipment.
The cylinders are made of steel for use in an oil environment and is designed for safe operation at maximum allowable pressure.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
Electrical the control panel contains:
- main switch voltage;
- swivel push-button control for the upper crosshead and movable side stops;
electric wire tucked away in sleeves and protective channels;
In the electrical control panel combines all the control functions, which requires only connection of the machine to the power line of the company.
