Design
The press frame is welded from I-beams of large cross section, which ensures maximum rigidity and durability. Press construction allows loading and unloading of parts from any direction, and extruding the product longer than the length of the press. On request it is possible to manufacture prefabricated structures on the bolts.

Hydraulic system
Hydraulic press equipment consists of hydrodynamic station, double-pump immersed in the oil:
Pump quick closing with high performance and low pressure;
The slow pump discharge pressure, low productivity and high pressure.
Oil hydraulic pump equipped with a mechanical safety valve and solenoid valve control, installed on the oil tank. The size of the tank ensures uninterrupted operation of hydrodynamic equipment.
The cylinders are covered with a thick layer of chrome, which provides a smooth lifting/lowering and a longer work life of seals and pistons:
All the pistons are bolted to the press frame, which simplifies disassembly for servicing;
Dual-circuit hydraulic system ensures high reliability of work;
The steel cylinders are manufactured for use in an oil environment and is designed for safe operation at maximum allowable pressure.

Mechanical elements
All press series NPC is equipped with a system of racks and 4 side guide, which ensures absolute parallelism of the lifting/lowering of the movable plate. All the presses are equipped with protection around the perimeter. Thanks to this protection stop or lock the movable plate from either side of the press.
