Presses are designed for one-sided PVC veneer and/or veneer shaped surfaces. When wrapping with PVC film on press is not being used the membrane, which significantly reduces costs. Installing the membrane, it is possible to work with veneer. Automatic system of loading and unloading is installed on both end sides of the press alternately or on one side only. The movement is by means of gears and toothed racks, managed motovariatori and digital inverter.

The use of membranes in membrane vacuum press:
To complete the blanks with natural wood veneer;
For veneering, PVC foil workpieces with a complex shape, for example, when "entering" film on the back side of the facade;
To complete the blanks PVC films at partial load of the press, in which the size of the boot table covering PVC film less than the size of the table;
To complete the blanks visokosnaya PVC films, which must not come into contact with the upper hot plate of the press;
When the thickness of the PVC film can be smaller or greater values of 0.3-0.6 mm.

Hydrodynamic equipment
Consists of hydrodynamic station, double-pump, immersed in oil to reduce noise and improve lubrication of rotating parts:
Pump quick closing with high performance and low pressure;
The pump is working slow discharge pressure, low productivity and high pressure.

Remote control
Contains all the elements required to manage all functions of the machine. Control and data input are carried out using digital keyboard and LCD display. Proportional electronic control of the hydraulic pressure depending on the pressure of the compressed air in chamber pressurization. Independent digital control of each separate machine function. The main electronic component is the PLC, performing all the functions of the machine control in accordance with standard or special program according to customer needs.
The program manages the following functions:
Self-diagnostics when power on;
Self-test operating modes;
Error diagnosis;
Check for a short circuit and indication using LEDs;
The graphic display on the display possible malfunctions in the equipment;
A graphical display of the status of individual components;
Diagnostics equipment.

Design
The frame press is made of steel profiles assembled and welded on the exact template and processed on machine centers with CNC. Dual system of racks interconnected by a torsion rod, ensures the parallelism of tables during the raising and lowering of the movable press table. Protective Carter press lattice. Drill steel fixed top table designed for use as a heating fluid diathermy oil. The flange holding pressure, die-cast aluminium with silicone gasket ring type is mounted on the top plate. The movable bottom plate is made of steel that has the steel sheet. The machine is equipped with powerful vacuum equipment and receiver compressed air (compressor not supplied), which guarantees the immediate supply of compressed air with constant pressure into the working chamber.

The heating system
Electric boiler for heating a circulating fluid – diathermy oil. The maximum fluid temperature of 1500 C. the machine is equipped with a pump, surge tank with a removable cover, a pipe system connecting the boiler with the pressure valve to bleed air from the system, the box management and monitoring tools and security.
