Thanks to an optimized and automatic management of pressure settings with validation of the company HOLZ-HER has realized the automatic control of the amount of glue used, depending on needs. In addition, the machine is equipped with adaptive trimming with a knife, the pressure of which is automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the edge. Also has adaptive clamping mechanism which optimally tunes the pressure of the individual pressure rollers depending on the particular application. This allows to minimize errors in configuring and scrap rate.

Feed system edge
