We are the only produce and sell lifts-lift for lamps with capacity up to 2000 kg. They are made on the basis of the motor-reducer. A similar design could be used only for elevators with a capacity 300-2000 kg, depending on Your requirements and needs we will calculate and select a mechanism that corresponds to the weight of Your chandelier. The power of the gear motor depends on two factors:
- The weight of the chandelier.
- The height of the ascent/descent lamps (as a consequence of the thickness of the winding wire rope or tents).
Components in the production of our lifts for chandeliers used only the highest quality from leading manufacturers, such as:
- Geared mainly manufactured in Italy (Varvel, Motovario, Nerimotori) or Germany (Nord)
- Automation Schneider (France), Omron (Japan), Nice, Comunello (Italy)
- SKF bearings (Sweden)
- Metal Ukraine
- Hardware Ukraine. Responsible in bearing the load of the nodes strength class 10.9, 12.19, the remaining 8.8
- Webbing for lifting Ukraine, production loops loops, Ukraine (heavy-duty thread, industrial way), margin 1:7.
- Electromagnetic brake the Ukraine or Italy.
- Self-locking worm gear motor.
- Sandblasting frame powder coating.
- Automatic safety locking chandeliers in the working position (quite possible breakage).
- Laboratory test certificate and test report.
