Single screw pumps are designed for pumping pure and polluted liquids with temperatures up to 353К (80°C), including chemically active, with a kinematic viscosity of up to 4600сСт (620°VU). The maximum concentration of suspended particles, by mass, not more than 5%, size of solid particles up to 2 mm.
When ordering, the limits of viscosity and operating temperature of the pumped liquid must be confirmed by the manufacturer.
Pumps included in the units, in terms of reliability these products of General purpose (ION), type I (restorable) GOST 27.003.
Climatic version UHL location category 4.2 to GOST 15150. On customer request it is possible to manufacture assemblies in other climatic version and location category.
When developing the pumps are considered safety requirements according to GOST R 52743, as well as the norms and rules of Rostechnadzor according to PB 08-624-03, PB 09-540-03, PB 09-563-03.
Design
Single screw pump units 1B – horizontal, consisting of single screw pump and driver mounted on a common frame. In the drive except the motor, can include a reducer and (or) variable required to change the frequency of rotation of the drive shaft of the pump and regulate the flow. Connection of drive and pump is carried out through the coupling.
According to the principle of single screw pump is a volumetric pump, i.e. one in which a liquid medium is moved by periodic changes in the volume occupied by the chambers alternately communicating with the inlet and outlet.
The drive shaft is located in pump bracket and rotates in rolling bearings. The screw connection with the drive shaft through the drive shaft or the torsion shaft, or eccentric coupling.
Shaft sealing is by mechanical or gland packing. Type of seal is selected in consultation with the customer.
The direction of rotation of the driving shaft depending on pump type and configuration can be left or right (viewed from the output shaft end of pump).
Application
for pumping contaminated liquids in process lines for chemical production, including reactive for pumping sewage and other polluted liquids on coal mines, mining pits, etc., for pumping water with impurities of petroleum products in the industrial enterprises (metallurgy, oil refining, objects of power) to supply a special solution for blasting machines used in the mining industry. for pumping sewage at the enterprises of housing and communal services
