Grinding table

Grinding table at 2500 is designed for organizations workplace on a plot of grinding, with the aim of dedusting air technological processes of hand polishing in joinery and furniture manufacture by removing dust from the treatment zone products.

Built-in fan, explosion-proof, creates a directional air flow down through the perforated surface of the table, which is the removal of dust from the work plane. The working planesand the table contains elements that counteract sliding and eliminate the possibility of damage to the product, on its surface.

The use of a grinding table catridges filter with impulse regeneration with compressed air, allows you to effectively catch fine dust when machining solid wood, MDF, primed and painted surfaces. This regeneration system provides stable operation of the table in the long-term operation with preservation of performance of the filtration system and the desired degree of purification of air.

Recycling the principle of operation of the table significantly reduces the cost of heating the production premises.

Compact, easy to the service container at the bottom of the table provides a quick disposal of caught dust at the end of the work shift.

The design of the support legs provides the ability to change the height of the working the surface of the table to create the most comfortable working conditions with the aim the increase in labor productivity.

Grinding table Andthe MT 2500 is an Autonomous technological unit. The design is highly reliable and easy operation. The connection table may be held by the Customer (person which has access to maintenance of electrical equipment with the security group 3) with maintaining the warranty of the manufacturer.

At the Customer's table is equipped with the option "Smart socket" (if the inclusion of the grinding tool is enabled, if off tool – the table turns off after 20 seconds (time adjustable)).
