The reflectometer RP-211 is designed for the analysis of cable lines with 1, 2 or more lived, including braid, determine the presence of damage in the cable break, short circuit), detection of discontinuities (joints and other) with the ability to determine the distance to the fault. The reflectometer RP-211 combines two methods of measuring the length of cable lines: 1. TDR-method (pulse reflection). This device implemented the full domain reflectometer, enabling the analysis of two or more wired cable lines at a distance of 10 km. 2. DC-method (determination of the parameters of the cable resistance measurements by the method of DC). DC-method allows to determine the length of single core cable, which cannot be done using the TDR method. Also be used as a precision ohmmeter for resistance to 10 kω.
