For the first time and unique, we managed to create a thumbnail of the present Charentais while retaining all the features of the original. This high quality copper distiller can distil in two stages: first it is the content of the basic cube and alcohol couples fall in average capacity, where they are condensed and then again passing heated steam, after that the condensate can be produced from the secondary tank to the radiator.
The device is Charentais arranged so that distillation has been slow, which results in a very flavorful finished product! In French Sarande (near Cognac) there is an ancient tradition of distillation with the apparatus of this design. It was there that were created by the most famous and unique types of brandy.
