Manual segment bending machine is designed to manufacture all standard bending elements (sills, canopies, additional elements of the roof, components of ventilation systems, trims and so on ) and for the manufacture of complex bending shapes such as facade cassettes, boxes, various drawers, doors, i.e., the elements for the manufacture of which is required to bend the product on all four sides. On a conventional bending machine this prevents the existence of one-piece clamping sponge. Unlike conventional bending machines radial bending machine constructed so that the upper beam is assembled from segments of different lengths. The total number of bending segments of length m - St. (450mm, 400mm, 330mm, 270mm, 200mm, 100mm,75mm, 50mm, 45mm, 40mm, 35mm, 30mm, 25mm) that allows you to bend almost any sizes of manufactured items. The machine is equipped with a pressure foot mechanism that allows you to work on it for one person.
