Traverse lines are design, located on a support overhead power line to which krepjat insulators for cables and other accessories.
Is traverse transmission lines to create an insulating air gap and support wires. LEP beam are designed for holding and fixing power lines and are mounted on poles round and of square cross section. Fasten LEP beam with clamps.
Design, device traverse transmission lines and their mounts, differ to a great extent. They differ in the shape, size, carrier the ability, therefore, can meet the different requirements and be used in various projects.
Our company are made of the bar working drawings in accordance with project documentation, as well as according to customer's drawings.
Beam is divided into classes, depending on voltage transmission lines, on the high-voltage TM with voltage up to 10 kV, low voltage VT with voltage up to 0.4 kV and high voltage TV, and B with the voltage of 35 docu.
Beam TM are used for mounting the high-voltage wires to the posts power lines with voltage up to 10kV. Wire power lines mounted on them using insulators. Insulators of electric current is wound on the pins traverse.
Beam TM create sufficient distance between conductive wires and cables when performing this function not only support, and protection as they traverse itself is not a conductor of current, and the contact wires when the distance between them is completely eliminated.
In addition traverses TM are used for fastening and securing facilities installation of rope, cable, insulators, disconnectors for power lines and distribution.
The main elements of the traverse TM:
- metal corner
- strip and circle
- earrings CDS
- pins and yoke
Manufactured beam TM stainless steel, anti-corrosion the coating is a paint and varnish materials or method of galvanizing. All connections carefully boil, to avoid inadvertently disconnection during operation.
