Motor protection Kriwan INT 69, SE-B1, SE-B2, SE-E1, Frascold compressors, Copeland, Bitzer Maneurop, Danfoss Performer
E
the protection system used in the spiral refrigeration compressors
the electric motors from 7.5 to 15.0 HP is marked with the letter 'W',
standing in second place in the designation code of the motor. In this
the system uses the dependence of the resistance of the thermistors from
temperature (PTC-resistor), which allows to determine the actual
winding temperature. A chain of four thermistors, United
consistently placed in the motor winding so that
the temperature of the thermistors corresponded to the winding temperature.
E
module thermal protection INT 69 SCY company Kriwan you want to control
resistance and off control of the relay depending on
the resistance of the thermistor chain. Three thermistor (one in each
the winding - these compressors are always 3-phase) installed in the upper
part of the stator near the suction nozzle, have the setting to
limits temperature +140°C. the Fourth thermistor is placed on
the stator in the lower part immersed in oil, and has a protective setting
to +80°C. the Fifth thermistor, placed directly in the discharge
window fixed spiral and which discharge thermostat,
configured to shut off the compressor at temperatures above +140°C. All
protective thermistors are connected in series and connected to the control
the electronic circuit module INT 69 SCY (American models
compressors can be seen as protective modules of other companies, in fact
performs the same function).
When the total resistance of the
thermistor chain reaches disabling (at +80°C for one
at +140°C for the other), the module opens the control circuit and disables
the compressor. After a chain of thermistors is pretty cool, the total
the resistance drops to values re-enable, but the module itself
allow the compressor to start no earlier than 30 minutes
Module
INT 69 SCY also includes the correct sequence
phases L1, L2, L3 supply voltage. Three-phase power supply shall
to be connected in the correct phase sequence,
to ensure correct start-up and operations of the compressor. With the loss of one of
phase module INT 69 SCY shuts down the compressor activating the delay
time (5 min). If normal power is restored, it
continues to work if there is no phase, the module continues to block
repeated actuation of the compressor. After 10 attempts to start the compressor,
module blocks its inclusion, and re-run it can only
when restoring supply normal power supply. Marking
you can easily determine what type of protection is used in this
specific compressor.
Reciprocating compressors:
Instead
electronic protective devices INT69VS/INT69UL that before
was equipped with compressors from 4Z-8.2 to 6F-50.2, tandem-compressors from
44J-26.2 to 66F-100.2, and instead of devices INT69V/7-II, which
previously equipped with compressors from 2KC-05.2 up to 4CC-9.2 and 8GC-50.2 to
8FC-70.2, tandem-compressors from 22EC-4.2 to 44CC-18.2 currently
are electronic protective device SE-1 and SE-B2. Device
SE-B1 equipped with compressors from 2KC-05.2 to 4NC-20.2. Unit SE-B2
equipped with compressors from 4J-13.2 to 8FC-70.2. New and old protective
the devices are fully interchangeable.
Screw compressors:
Semi-hermetic
screw compressors HS/OS53, HS64, HS/OS74 and HS/OS85 equipped
new protective devices SE-E1. All compact screw compressors
series CSH and CSW is also equipped with a protective device (SE-E1.
For
control oil circulation units with semi-hermetic and open
screw compressors are supposed to use a new protective
unit SE-B2 instead of the previously used devices INT69VS.
Hermetic screw compressors VSK series, as before, are equipped with protective devices INT69VSY-II to special notice.
