Techno-T manufactures, repairs and offers the dehydration module
distillery stillage, spent grains and other flowable products humidity
up to 95%. The module consists of a separator GMS and press bards PB, mounted on
frame with pipes and ladders. Performance module - 220
cubic meters flowable distillery stillage per day. Output module product has
humidity 65-55%. The module is installed in the line before drum drying plant for the production of Techno-T,
capacities from 200 to 2010 kg. of incoming raw product per hour, work
for a couple. The line can be equipped with equipment for the production of Techno-T:
hammer crusher to 1.5 t/h, pneumatic transport up to 800 kg/h, hopper -
mixer 1.5 t/h, press-granulator (6-11 t/h), press
betteravia shock 800-1200 kg/H.
It is possible to manufacture the entire line of equipment from stainless steel.
