Universal unit motor protection operation-302

Universal protection block motor operation-302 is designed for continuous monitoring of the parameters of voltage, current values of phase/line currents of three-phase electrical 380V, 50 Hz and check the insulation resistance values of the motors.

       Operation provides protection for asynchronous motors with power from 2,5 kW to 30 kW when using built-in current transformers and up to 315 kW with external current transformers, including in networks with isolated neutral.

Operation provides protection for electric motors under:

- poor network voltage (unacceptable voltage fluctuations, broken phases, the violation of rotation and coalescence phase imbalance phase/line voltage);

- mechanical overload (symmetric overload phase/line currents);

- the threshold current of the return sequence;

- unbalance phase currents without reloading related to violation of insulation inside the motor and/or the power cable (comparison of the asymmetry factor of the current in the reverse sequence voltage unbalance ratio in a reverse sequence);

- the disappearance of torque on a shaft of the motor ("dry run" for pumps) - protection on the minimum starting and/or operating current;

- active engine starting or locked rotor;

- unacceptable low level of isolation between the stator and the motor housing (check before turning on);

- circuit to ground of the stator winding during operation - protection against leakage currents to ground;

- thermal overload of the engine;

- overheating of the windings (as determined by the temperature of the windings when using the built-in engine temperature sensor or the temperature of the enclosure when using an external temperature sensors).

- remote control.

For each type of prohibition and permission of automatic reclosing load.

The unit provides protection for electrical equipment through the control coil of the magnetic starter (contactor).

The unit determines the presence of the currents of the engine when turned off, the load relay.

Functional relay unit switches the motor windings "star-Delta".

The unit is equipped with a differential current transformer (DTT) with an inner diameter of 45 or 100 mm
