Vortex pumps SAER series KF (CAEP,Italy)
Offer type: salePublished: 27.02.2015
Series centrifugal, external pumps KF has one impeller peripheral type (vortex pumps). The feature of these pumps is that on the periphery of the impeller has a number of radial blades, transmitting energy to the fluid. The special profile of the blades provides radial recirculation coming into the pump fluid between the vanes of the impeller and the pump casing. This feature gives you the ability to gradually increase the fluid pressure in the process of its transition from the suction to the discharge nozzle, thereby obtaining uniform flow and the absence of pulsations, as well as high pressure and slope characteristics of the working curves.
Technical characteristics.
- Submission to 4.2 cubic meters/hour
- Head up to 88 m
- Used for pumping clean water and chemically non-aggressive liquids without abrasive inclusions.
- Temperature of pumped liquid -15 °C to+70 °C.
- Maximum ambient temperature 40°C.
- Maximum working pressure of 9 bar.
- Permissible hydraulic value according to UNI/ISO 2548 class C, Annex b, electric characteristics according to CEI.
- Operating parameters listed in the catalog provide a long service life of the pump when pumping clean water with a density of 1000 kg/cubic meters
- Manometric suction depth up to 8m, to gauge the depth of suction over 5m is recommended to mount the suction line with an internal diameter larger than the diameter of the suction port of the pump.
