Apparatus W-Master CUT-100 is professional equipment, and represents the inverter installation with high performance arc for cutting metals ranging from 1 to 35 mm air-plasma method. Can be used for automatic cutting, subject to the availability of machine plasma torch.
A characteristic feature of plasmanate is: reliability, ease of operation, high cutting speed, clean cutting edges and conservation.
High frequency arc starting (built-in oscillator) simplifies the ignition in the initial cut, and carefully refers to the cutting electrode. The temperature of the arc in the cut can reach 10 000 - 15 000ºС, because of the high and forced compression of the air plasma. Thus, the reduced area of the cut that provides high speed, smooth surface edges, economical use of energy.
