The purpose
PUSU-E is designed to transmit and receive signals relay protection frequency (RF) channel, for transmission lines with voltage 35-1150 KV, as well as on dedicated fiber optic line.
PUSU-E supports phase-differential protection for transmission lines, which does not provide equipment of foreign manufacture.
PUSU-E performed for over a dedicated fiber provides two-, three - and chetyrehsetovom the communication channel.
Opportunities
PUSU-E works in conjunction with all types of existing RF protection, as differential phase, and directed, performed as Electromechanical relays and semiconductor element basis, and on the basis of microprocessor terminal (type SA 031/081 (NPP EKRA); R (ALSTOM), etc ).
PUSU-E performs the following functions:
the transmission and reception of RF signals protections;
automatic testing RF protection channel;

AKA "Cedar" - instrument channels emergency control of power systems
The purpose AKA "Cedar" - equipment-new development, intended for replacement of obsolete equipment type VCTO, ANCA-AITA, AKPA.
The equipment set includes two blocks:
The RF transmitter (driver 16/32 signals, commands);
RF receiver (ID 16/32 signal commands).
Application - AKA "Cedar" provides:
the transmission 32 emergency commands (PA) single-code transmission time 25 MS;
you can use the serial dual-frequency coding to increase the number of transmitted commands (one working band of 4 kHz to 64;
continuous automatic monitoring of health RF path signal transmission control frequency low power level;
periodic (every 2 MS) functional testing functional units of the apparatus from the input circuits of the transmitter to the output relay of the receiver;
record in volatile memory transmitted and received commands (the command number, date and time, in increments of 1 MS);
the operator (via the keypad and LCD display built-in control panel) on the selection/setting modes and parameters of the equipment through multi-level menu;
the alarm passing teams. As well as malfunction RF channel or instrument (with the definition of a failed node and fixation in volatile memory);
communication with PC via serial port transmit data (RS 232) to configure the basic settings of the apparatus, the control test modes and display test results.
