Land privatization is the process of issuance (redemption) of land, which is in use (for example: the site for residential house or dacha), the property of citizens of Ukraine from the lands of state and communal property unoccupied by other land users. This land allocation is in accordance with established legislation norms of free transfer of land on the basis of the decisions and orders of the bodies of Executive power, bodies of local self-government and bodies of land resources, directly once on a particular category of land with a certain area.
