The teacher - practitioner of the Department of personnel working in the field of personal development potential. Practical experience as head of HR for more than seven years.
After the course the students will :
- a clear understanding of the basic principles of personnel services in the enterprise,
- to know the basic types of regulatory documents
- be able to develop such local regulations as staffing, internal regulations, job specifications, schedule vacations
- to carry out the recruitment, transfer and dismissal,
to apply for the certification of personnel, travel and vacations,
- to organize the maintenance and storage of personal files, work books and other HR documentation.
