Machine "postpak'OR" is intended for automation of process of packaging preserves in plastic containers.
The machine executes the following operations:
1) the issuance of plastic containers on the conveyor drive,
2) automatic dispensing container of spices.
Next, pre-Packed in plastic containers seafood on single-row conveyor in the turnstile (open rotor), where:
3) metered flow of fill (pickle, mayonnaise or oil),
4) the sealing of the container with a plastic lid.
Laying seafood in containers is carried out manually in the gap of the conveyor drive and conveyor of the packaging machine.
On customer request it is possible to install ink jet printer, or a printer-applicator for applying self-adhesive labels manufacturing date on the lid of the container

DISTINCTIVE FEATURES
