ERACAST RT 30A is a curing agent on the basis polyol that reacts with the prepolymers based on isocyanate, forming soft polyurethane elastomer with a high degree of elasticity. The product has high resistance to moisture and can be used for making molds. Models for the forms could be made of stone, gypsum and other of the product. The product can also be used as a sealant or cementing the substance for a number of different applications.

The process of recycling
Product Eracast RT30A can be processed manually or by machine dispensing equipment. Not to pour this stuff when the temperature of Part a or Part b below 20 º C, it may take a long time to the curing. Note: both parts A and b components sensitive to moisture. Once opened, containers should be purged with nitrogen, if they will be stored a certain amount of time.Part b (hardener) should to be stirred za30 minutes before mixing, because it contains polyols and catalysts
Precautions
