Blackmer FB-2 is designed to measure the coefficient of specular reflection when the geometry of the illumination-observation had/had and reflectance when the geometry of the illumination-observation had/grad directional light flux from surface coatings in the visible region of the spectrum with the goal for quantitative assessment of visual perception by the human eye gloss (GOST 896-69) and white these coatings, respectively.
