Sensors, catalytic converters PC-1, PC-2
Offer type: salePublished: 01.03.2015
The catalytic converters PC-1, PC-2 are
to convert concentrations of combustible gases and vapors in the air in the output
electric ical signal.
Used in the composition of the gas-analyzing equipment
and devices designed to measure concentrations of combustible gases (methane,
propane, butane) in the atmosphere of industrial premises, mines, underground
buildings, hazardous mine gas and/or dust. PC-1, PC-2 are analogous to
sensor methane catalytic DM-1.
Plug the conclusions of the contact group make it easy
to replace a failed Converter.
The principle of operation of transformers PC-1, -2 based on the catalytic
the combustion of hydrocarbon gases on the sensitive element of the transducer.
Power consumption PC-2 was reduced compared to the PC-1 at 35%, which allows
to use it in a portable small-sized gas analyzing devices.
The catalytic Converter consists of two elements - sensitive and
anchor installed in the same housing and are separated by a screen. Items
are platinum thermistors covered by ceramic oxide
aluminum, the sensing element is activated Pt- Pd catalyst. Output
signal transducer due to temperature difference between the sensitive and
the support element in the presence of combustible gases. What is a cookie?
