Experimetal has two openable cover, enabling loading of pig carcasses in the back and front of the installation. On the side of otparivateli built a comfortable bristle separator. The structure is made entirely of stainless steel. Working part consists of otparivateli and the driving part of the control unit. Inside otparivateli mounted pipe heating system through water vapor, two shaft schreibmaschine and installation, for the discharge of pork carcasses. Bath, insulated with mineral wool and covered with metal plates. The heating system of the two membranes ensures low energy consumption.
The temperature is controlled by microprocessor programmer.
