Pumps centrifugal double inlet D-type and electric pump units on their basis are designed for pumping water and chemically active non-toxic liquids density to kg/m3, viscosity up to 60 10-6 m2/s (St), the temperature to 368 K (95°C) not containing solids by weight more than 0.05%, the size of more than 0.2 mm and a hardness more than 6,5 HPa (kg/mm2).
Pumps refer to the products General purpose type I (restorable) GOST 27.003-90.
Pumps and the units are manufactured in climatic version and location category UHL 3.1, U2 and T2 according to GOST 15150-69.
Pumps and electric pump units designed with export in according to OST 26-06-2011-79.
Pumps and the units are intended for areas with seismic activity up to 7 points inclusive on the MSK-64 scale.
Pumps and the units are made in accordance with the General safety requirements according to GOST R 52743-2007. Units with pumps having index "E" and equipped with explosion-proof motor, can be used in explosive and fire-hazardous production facilities in areas of class 1 and 2 GOST R 51330.9-99.
DESIGN
Pump of type D – double inlet centrifugal, horizontal, single-stage with bilateral polyproline supply fluid to the impeller bilateral the inlet and the volute outlet.
The principle pump is to convert mechanical energy of the actuator in the hydraulic energy of the fluid due to the hydrodynamic effects blade system of impeller, inlet and outlet.
Electric pump the unit consists of a pump and a drive motor mounted on common welded base frame and connected using couplings.
Case the pump is a cast iron or steel casting, which has a built-in a horizontal plane passing through the axis of the rotor.
Suction and discharge connections of the pump are located in the lower half of the casing and directed in different directions, making it possible to disassemble and repair the pump without disconnecting the pipelines and removing the electric motor.
Connecting sizes of flanges of suction and discharge ports is made according to GOST 12815-80 (version 1). At the customer's request is allowed for the execution of the flanges 3 GOST 12815-80.
Configuration the channels of the housing keeps the housing cover. At the top of the housing cover there is a hole MH,5, enclosed by the tube for attaching a vacuum pump or system is connected to the evacuation down, and to release air when the filling pump is "gravity".
