Machine A1-ZSHN-3 is designed for peeling rye and wheat wholemeal and rye grinding bar grinding in flour mills
grinding and polishing of barley in developing barley grains. Machines of this type are well established in the processing of grain and cereal crops.
Possible peeling of millet, peas. Washing machine consists of two main parts - washing baths and column release. The raw material (grain) is loaded into the hopper
and through the suction pipe enters the working chamber inside the sieve cylinder with rotating abrasive wheels.
Due to intense friction of abrasive wheels sieve cylinder and friction of the grains together in the promotion of grain Huller down to the outlet there is a separation of the upper shell of the grain.
During processing the grain is blown by the air being sucked through the hollow shaft, the bulk of the husks and husking bran is removed through the holes of the sieve cylinder
falls into the annular chamber and further in the aspiration system.
