Designed for control of pointer translation track, the progress of the set of switches in the range 70-110 mm, in collieries and mines. The actuator is a compact mechanism, which combines the electric motor, helical gear, apparatus, fixing rod in end positions, limit switches and pressure-proof body.
Drive designed to work in the mines, hazardous explosions of gas and coal dust, or the surface of them under a canopy, in conditions of temperate and cold or tropical climate when:
- ambient temperature from -40 ° C to +45 ° C;
- relative humidity 100% at temperature 35° C;
- dust content up to 1600 mg/m3;
- vibration locations with a frequency of 5 to 120 Hz with a maximum fibropurulent 0.25 mm at a frequency of 45 Hz and a maximum vibration acceleration 20 m/S2 at a frequency of 45 up to 120 Hz;
- the deviation of the supply voltage of 0.85 to 1.1.
