Steel insulated pipes have the task to minimize the main problem of pipelines – corrosion and weathering. Steel pipe insulated with polyurethane foam has a temperature range of 1.5–2 times more as well as greater resistance to mechanical stress. Insulated heating pipes have losses less than 5-8%. The insulation not only protects the product but also its equipment (fittings, connecting parts, etc.).
The insulated polyethylene pipes are a rigid design made of black or galvanized steel and polyurethane foam layer. This product is made on the principle of "pipe in pipe", has a waterproofing membrane.
