R-407C is a promising and ozone-safe replacement for R-22 in new residential and commercial stationary air conditioning systems (mainly small and medium size), heat pumps and cooling systems, as well as for retrofit of R-22 in existing equipment.
R-407C is an HFC Refrigerant which does not Deplete the ozone layer. Produced to replace R-22 in many air conditioning systems. Zeotrope is a mixture of hydrofluorocarbons R32 / R125 / R134a (mass proportions accordingly 23 / 25 / 52%). The performance of R-407C is very close to R-22, it allows to retrofit many units running on R-22. R-407C is a ternary mixture with t drift about 6 OK.
