Bakelite varnish lbs is a solution of phenol -
resins of resol type in ethanol and is produced according to GOST 901-78
Scope :
Lbs-1 :
- for bonding, impregnation of paper or cotton in the manufacture of laminates and varnished fabrics ;
- as a coating for chemical and corrosion protection
metal parts, in particular for the protection of heat exchangers and other
equipment from the effects of technical hot water, weak and medium
solutions of acids and salts, for coloring oil and fuel tanks ;
- for insulation impregnation winding coils of electric motors;
- in the manufacture of stamping masses of profitableto ;
- in the manufacture of abrasive tools and other purposes.
LTS-20 :
- for the manufacture of various filled and reinforced plastics ;
- production of press materials , including press material AG-4C and vers.
Warranty period of storage :
3 months. - for lbs-1
1 month. - for LTS-20
It should be stored in tightly closed containers. Excluded from direct
solar radiation and precipitation. Shelf life can be increased
when the temperature of storage and transportation.
When it arrives to the consumer bakelite lacquer with high
the temperature should be cooled to a temperature not higher than +20 º C, and at
entering the frozen state should be thawed in a warm room
the temperature is not above +20. Forced heating is not allowed.
Packing: 200 kg drums, in containers of the customer or in any other containers as agreed by the parties.
