Herbicide Titus Extra

New two-component postemergence herbicide for the SAR RMS on Lenno control annual and perennial grasses and key dicotyledonous weeds in crops of maize for grain and silage

Mechanism of action

Has and rimsulfuron belongs to the class of sulfanilmocevina, are highly selective to corn, have a systemic action and quickly penetrates the weeds.

After treatment with rimsulfuron and has absorbed predominantly by the leaves and within a few hours move around the plant that stops cell division at the growing points (shoots and roots). Recommendations for use Titus Extra

The rate of application of Titus Extra depends on species composition, level of contamination, the stage of development of weeds, weather conditions and amounts to 40-50 g/ha + Trend 90 PAIRS of 200-400 ml/ha.

„ 40-45 g/ha annual cereal and dicotyledonous weeds

„ 45-50 g/ha annual and perennial types of weeds (grasses and dicots)

„ Always add South Africa Trend 90 200-300 ml/ha rate of not less than 0.1 % concentration.

„ In case drought conditions it is recommended to increase normal PAIRS the Trend is 90 to 300 ml/ha, or used together with Codecid 1,5-2,0 l/ha.

„ Important is a complete uniform wetting of the leaf surface of weeds. In case of severe infestation, use the maximum rate of herbicide (50 g/ha) and increased rate of Viliv working solution (300 liters/ha).

Recommendations for use

Titus Extra in conditions of dry, hot weather

„ An increase in the rate of Viliv working solution of 300 l/ha and a surfactant Trend 90 to 300 ml/ha use the pair Codasyl - 1.5 l/ha.

„ To carry out the spraying in the evening and night hours

„ In working solution add ammonium nitrate or urea (4-5 kg/ha in physical weight).
