Spraying vegetative weeds at an early phase of their development (cereal – 2-3 leaves, dicotyledonous up to 4-6 leaves), regardless of the phase of crop development

 

The advantages of the drug:

Purpose:

two-component selective herbicide for protection of soybean crops against annual and certain perennial dicotyledonous and grass weeds.

Active ingredients:

imazapyr, 450 g/kg, and chlorimuron-ethyl, 150 g/kg.

Preparative form:

granules, dispersible in water.

Characteristics of effective substances:

imazapyr belongs to the class imidazolinones, chlorimuron-ethyl – class derivative sulfonilmocevina.

Action spectrum:

highly sensitive and srednedushevye to the drug weeds: ambrosia artemisiifolia, a weed field, galinsoga melkotsvetkovye, knotweed (species), watercress, wild radish (species), Curley Sophia, cocklebur (species), starwort average, canetic Theophrastus, bonfire (species), Kochia vnica, Senecio vulgaris, orache (species), field foxtail, spurge (species), annual bluegrass, wild oat field, dandelion, shepherd's purse, marsh woundwort common, smti sunflower, millet (species), wild radish, crabgrass blood, smilavichi (species), the repeated profit field, foxtail (species), amaranth (species), nightshade black.

Parnakuti species: field bindweed, dymjanka drug, orache (species), commelina usual, couch grass, sorghum Alaska (Guma), sertac hairy.

Mechanism of action:

both the active ingredient of the drug belong to the group of inhibitors of the synthesis of acetolactate. Within a few hours after treatment they penetrate through the leaves and roots of weeds, move the phloem and the xylem and accumulated in the growing points, inhibiting the process of protein synthesis, which leads to disruption of growth and division of cells of the meristem.

Speed of action:

the herbicide stops the growth of weeds in a few hours after treatment, and almost immediately they cease to compete with soybean plants. For the warm humid weather the visible symptoms of herbicidal effects were observed after 5 to 7 days after spraying, low temperature or drought later.

Complete destruction of weeds occurs within 3 to 4 weeks.

Symptoms of exposure:

full stop of growth, and poblana yellowing (chlorosis) of the leaves. In dicotyledonous weeds within 1 to 3 weeks after processing the leaves become chlorotic, growth point gradually die, the root system does not develop. Fabian provides protection of soybean crops from weeds throughout the growing season.

Technology applications:

for minor and medium level infestation of annual and perennial dicotyledonous (including species of sow-Thistle) and annual grass weeds most effectively spraying the soil before the sowing or before the germination of soybean, or early postemergence application of Fabian (dicotyledonous weeds should have no more than 4 to 6, and grasses 2 - 3 leaf). In the event of escalating annual grass weeds, it is recommended to use the tank mix Fabian (100 g/ha) and Miura (0,3 - 0,4 l/ha).

At high spreading of weeds annual and perennial grass weeds, as well as escalating their vulnerable phase, it is advisable first to submit Fabian, and then further treat with graminicide (Miura, etc.).
