Band saw JET MBS-56CS is designed for continuous cutting of rolled seamless tubes, pipes, channels, angles, from all the major materials.
This machine model JET MBS-56CS has the following structural and technical features: a hydraulic supply system provides for the automatic continuous lowering of the saw blade, tempered and ground worm with a bronze worm wheel, designed for a long service life, adjustable blade guide 3 ball bearings, automatic shut-off after cut-through.
Bottom stand with large wheels and an integrated handle for easy transport. Adjustable end stop for serial work. A quick-release vise mounted in 2 different positions, convenient and efficient equipment. The console of the machine is rotated at an angle from -45° to +60°. Low noise running with no vibration ensures a clean cut. Band saw equipment performs continuous cutting of round rolled metal stock, angles, pipes, channels for procurement of certain dimensional parameters.
