Disodium

the dairy industry disodium is used as anticrystalline when
manufacture of condensed milk is pasteurized. Distriport prevents
coagulation (clotting) or thickening of the milk in the process of its production and
storage. Disodium is applied in the confectionery industry. It
able to regulate the acidity in the production of marshmallow variety
names, jelly jelly, jelly products and enclosures jelly sweets.
Is used as a component of anti-corrosive additive to the antifreeze.
