The device is designed for manual cutting of poultry carcasses into parts with the release fillet, legs, wings. This line is moving on the vertical circle of the conveyor on one side of the conveyor, the workers perform manufacturing operations. Consists of a rod with a conical nozzle, bracket for attachment to the table surface. The device is height adjustable for ease of operation and allows to facilitate manual cutting of carcasses of birds of all kinds and with different masses. All parts are made from materials admitted to contact with food.
