Bitumen pump DS 134 installing with gearbox and actuator
Offer type: salePublished: 27.12.2017
Bitumen pump DS-134 on the basis of pump DS-125 are designed for pumping viscous organic materials (various grades of bitumen, oils, tars, bitumen emulsions) with a viscosity of not more than 350 cSt at temperature +180°C.
Bitumen pump DS-125 has a steam heating jacket for heating by steam and prevent the hardening of bitumen during pumping.
The installation is a welded frame structure mounted with its bitumen pump DS-125, an asynchronous motor with a squirrel cage rotor alternating current capacity of 7.5 or 11 kW (1500 rpm) industrial or explosion-proof, single-stage cylindrical reducer connected by coupling. Suction height 1 m.
Pumps for bitumen ДС125 used in stationary installations (e.g. asphalt and concrete plants), and mobile point (e.g., DS-41).
The choice of electric motor to drive bitumen pump unit depends on many factors: the viscosity of the bitumen, the temperature range, the desired flow and pressure, suction height. In addition, much depends on the requirements of the shop where it will be located in the unit. By itself, the bitumen is non-explosive, but often explosion proof motor you need for technical conditions of the premises. We agregatiruemye pumps with any motors on the terms.
By choosing different combinations of motors and gear reducers, on the basis of one pump DS-125 to a whole family of different characteristics of the aggregates.
Has the experience of pumping with these pumps of syrup (cold) when installing the reducer, which reduces the speed of the drive shaft of the pump to 220 rpm (for bitumen - 450 rpm)
