Pellet burner retort of the type constructed in the form of a bowl with channels through which air is supplied. In the bowl of the fuel pellets are pushed by the screw from the bottom. The outer part of the motor-reducer (case), as the motor housing is made of aluminum. Reducers are factory filled with synthetic oil that does not require replacement during the entire period of operation. The reducer is connected with a screw through the clutch, in which the mechanism protecting against damage in case of blocking of the screw, and used a safety wedge. The use of other safety wedges may cause damage to the gearhead or motor.
Burner with automatic feeding of solid fuel is designed in such a way that does not require costly maintenance. From time to time it is necessary to clear the internal screw from dust and fuel residues or ash. Regularly clean the engine cover. Because reducers are filled with synthetic oil intended for work throughout the period of operation, they do not require any special maintenance, except external cleaning.
