Double shaft Spartan is designed for cleaning of pig carcasses from the bristles.
Machine is used to remove hair from the skin of pigs, with the entire surface of the carcass, including the most difficult parts.
Resistance 12 kW heats a special thermal oil inside the tank at the bottom of the machine, which, in turn, heats the water in spartane to 62° C and keeps it at that temperature.
Carcass rotates inside Spartan with two shafts, which are attached 80 the rubber beat for hair removal.
Spartan equipped with a pneumatic mechanism for automatic opening and closing of the lid.
Made entirely of stainless steel.
