This device is a fully functional switch, designed for automatic and manual switching 1-3 phase power electrical load circuits between the primary and backup power supply.
DESIGN FEATURES:
- design based on automatic switches from 63A overload protection on the phase currents;
- use 1-3 phase mains, 4-pole construction;
- high reliability due to normal passive condition of the actuator is activated only at the moment of switching circuits;
- determining the current position of the switch in the drive position of the manual control;
- the presence of built-in indicators and outputs to display the current status;
- there is a counter-counter mechanical and electrical locks;
- switch Auto / Manual mode;
- remote control with controller AVR;
- fuses to protect the controller inputs.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
The device monitors the presence of voltage one of the phases of the main and standby input, respectively. The main input has priority over the backup input.
In the presence of voltage phase main input device provides power to the load circuits from the given input.
If the power phase of the main input, the device enters the idle state (load circuit connected to the primary input).
When the voltage controlled backup phase input, the motor switches the load circuit to the power from the secondary input.
In case of loss of voltage in the controlled phase of the backup input and the absence of voltage in the controlled phase of the primary input, the device is in idle mode (the load circuit connected to the standby input).
When restoring the voltage in the controlled phase of the primary input, the device switches the load circuits for the main input regardless of the voltage at a controlled phase standby input.
