   Designed for cutting and abrasive treatment of metals, with subsequent conservation effect for closed storage.
Sots "Enteks EM" is a comprehensive a balanced mixture of mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers, ionogenic and nonionic surfactants, biocides, lubricants, and other functional additives that lead to technological and operational properties of the product, was designed to replace imported Soja with the improvement.
  Not contains sodium nitrate, chlorinated and other hazardous components.
Water (suggested hardness up to 7 mg-EQ/dm3) forms a stable milky white emulsion, which has:
   bright strong wetting and cooling properties and excellent lubricating-flushing action;
   - provides the necessary class of purity of the surface of the processed metal;
   - provides interoperable protection from atmospheric corrosion treated of ferrous metals;
   - further technological stages the remnants of COTS, if needed, easily removed by washing with water;
   - emulsifies the mineral oil in quantity of 5-10% depending on type of oil and the concentration of the emulsion;
   not adhesive forms of precipitation (including when heated emulsion) hindering their cleaning during the filtration;
   not leaves on the surface of the workpiece dirt from degradation of lubrication, not washes away the lubricant from the operating units and provides additional lubrication processing equipment that distinguishes synthetic from the coolant.
   Mineral oil are separated and can be easily removed.
   When business need due to special customer requirements, in working emulsion, the introduction of additional quantities of biocides and corrosion inhibitors that are characterized by high stability and buffering capacity emulsion.
   Sots "Enteks EM" can be used as a cutting fluid when:
  - sanding of products prior to the application of coatings;
  - finishing;
  - the operation of machining;
  - threading, rolling and tooth regrinding carbon, structural, alloyed steel;
  - the manufacture of steel pipe to pipe welding machines (closed lubricating-cooling system without water supply);
  - "wet" training holodnokatny steel strip;
  - crimping of pipes and couplings;
  in hydraulic systems GSHO.
  Sots "Enteks EM" is a physiologically safe product (4th grade) that ensures the safety of working personnel, well tolerated by the skin.
  Main advantages:
  - ensures long working coolant;
  - economical, can be used in 3-5% concentration of coolant;
  - the concentrate and working solutions are not flammable.
