The machine is designed for forming dough pieces, the following types of cookies:
o gingerbread;

Brief description of the operation of the machine.
The finished dough is fed into a hopper located at the top of the machine. Then it by means of two parallel delivery rollers (with longitudinal grooves) is pumped through the compression chamber in the compressing nozzles (number of nozzles 6 PCs.). Within each nozzle is injected filling (cream or jam). At the top of the machine behind the hopper test the hopper for the filling, centrifugal rollers with grooves. Stuffing goes in the compressing nozzles on stainless steel pipes. The bunker for filling and all parts are made of stainless steel. Hopper easily removed for cleaning and sanitizing.
Passing through the pressing nozzle, the dough is molded in the form of an endless tube with the filling inside. Below the nozzle is a cutting device that represents the aperture with the variable size orifice. Cutting device with reciprocating movement in a vertical plane. When the upward movement of the diaphragm is open, if you swipe down it gradually closes, and in the lower position cutting dough pieces with sealed upper and lower ends, i.e. the filling is entirely covered by the workpiece.
