Smokehouse electric SE-1consists of a camera, in the lower part is insulated compartment with heating elements (electrical heating elements) to maintain in the closet needed to technological process temperature. The desired temperature is adjusted by means of the thermostat located on the front side of the Cabinet.
Above the heating elements is the tray for sawdust
To collect, flowing from products fat, there is a removable tray located at the bottom part of the Cabinet.
For hanging smoked products provides rails under the removable rods.
For excess smoke or moisture is provided, the output flange with the regulator
