The principle of operation of automatic burner PWO

The fuel tank is fed into the chamber pre-heating the fuel metering pump. If you apply in camera heating of the liquid fuel is cleaned in the fuel filter. The fuel heated to the desired temperature (10 to 105°C depending on species of fuel). After heating the fuel is delivered to the nozzle where compressed air from compressor it sprays fuel in a mist. At the same time the fan secondary air, which pumps air to mix with pulverized fuel from the nozzle. This mixture enters the swirler, which provides controlled torch.

Ignites the mixture of fuel and air occurs due to the electric discharger.

This principle of operation ensures maximum reliability and quality of the burner combustion of the fuel with virtually no smoke and odor.

 

 

Security control

Automatic burner shutdown occurs in the following situations:

• the absence of voltage power;
• the extinction of the torch;
• low pressure combustion air (CAS fan);
• gun pressure below the limit (failure of compressor);
• the fuel pressure is above limit.
