Frame hydraulic press for pressing plastic products model ДГ2434А, 1988. V., manufacture of the Orenburg factory of hydraulic presses the hydraulic press.
Press model ДГ2434А equipped with hydro-pneumo-accumulator, allowing rapid pressing of thermosetting plastics at high temperatures. The press consists of two steps operating speeds of the RAM for direct extrusion and two stage operating speeds ejector for injection molding.
Press ДГ2434А (compared to the model equipment ДБ2434 and ДБ2434А) more efficient and robust technological capabilities through:
- introduction of the adjustment of the operating speeds of the RAM and the ejector;
- increase the idling speed of the slider;
extrusion at elevated temperatures (reducing the time of exposure to pressure);
- maintain the temperature of pressing with high precision with the help of electronic devices thermal control of the mold;
- use high-speed electronic control and hydraulic drive on the basis of the hydraulics of the valve type.
